Conny is the founder of QuintaHills, where real estate is approached with discernment, integrity, and a long-term investment mindset. Born in southern Bavaria, Germany, and educated in Economics, she has lived in the Algarve for over three decades, developing a deep understanding of its landscape, culture, and sustainable investment potential.

Her work is defined by clarity, precision, and personal involvement. Conny guides each project with calm confidence, believing that successful investments are built on trust, transparency, and well-considered decisions. Her approach goes beyond the transactional—aligning people, property, and purpose.

With training in Personal Development and Business Coaching, she brings a holistic perspective to complex decisions, supporting clients in creating value that is both financial and enduring.

Born and raised in the Algarve, Chanel holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations, bringing an international and strategic perspective to QuintaHills. With a background in international sales management and marketing, she builds trust-based relationships across cultures and investment markets.

Her experience in international market development, the conception of business events, and wellness-oriented retreats supports the long-term vision of real estate investment. She contributes, through her natural ease in building relationships, to the expansion of QuintaHills’ international investor network.

She is fluent in Portuguese, German, English, and Spanish.

Meet Ana - Real Estate Consultant

Ana was born in Mozambique and has lived in Portugal from a young age, giving her a natural international perspective and a strong understanding of different cultures.

With a solid background in banking and finance and extensive experience in real estate, she supports clients with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail throughout the buying and selling process.

Ana is known for her empathetic, solution-oriented approach and her ability to build trusted relationships. She believes that every client and every property deserves careful, individual attention.

She speaks fluently Portuguese and English.
